Bank Slip (Boleto)PIX

Hubsoft integration with Bradesco

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Bradesco for bank slips (boletos) and PIX. The bank slip is registered through the bank's API or CNAB, PIX with a due date is included on each invoice, and payments settle invoices without manual reconciliation.

Bradesco is a private bank headquartered in Osasco, São Paulo. With Hubsoft, the ISP registers and settles bank slips through Bradesco's V2 API and charges by PIX with due dates, interest, and late fees.

About Bradesco

Bradesco is one of Brazil's largest financial groups, operating since 1943 and headquartered in Osasco, São Paulo. It has branches or service locations in a large share of the country's municipalities. For the ISP, this means a collection bank available in nearly any region.

What the integration does

  • V2 API: Hubsoft sends the registration, due-date change, and cancellation- or payment-based settlement to the bank, with no remittance file. The response is read by the bank slip verification routine in the Banking API.
  • Registration within 5 minutes: through the API, the bank slip is registered within 5 minutes. For large billings, files are sent in batches and may take longer.
  • CNAB 240 and 400: remittance and return files remain available.
  • PIX with a due date (COBV): PIX includes a due date, interest, late fees, and a discount through the due date, like a bank slip. Hubsoft sends, checks, and cancels PIX automatically, verifying paid transactions every 8 minutes.
  • PIX on the invoice: QR Code on the printed bank slip and PIX copy-and-paste code in the invoice view.

What you need

  • A Bradesco account with a collection agreement.
  • The company's digital certificate registered in Hubsoft. The certificate's public key is sent to the bank.
  • For the V2 API: activation of feature 175 - Registration via Web Service and the credentials generated in Bradesco's developers panel.
  • For PIX: approval of PIX COBV by the account manager, PIX credentials, and a PIX key, preferably a random key.
  • Hubsoft Financial Module, included with the license.

How to activate

  1. Create the collection method under Settings > Financial > Collection Method, with bank 237 - Banco Bradesco S/A, and certify it using remittance and return files.
  2. Register the certificate under Settings > General > Digital Certificate and download the public key under Actions > Download Public Key.
  3. Ask your account manager to activate Registration via Web Service and generate the credentials in the developers panel.
  4. In the API tab of the collection method, activate the desired actions. Under Extra Parameters, enter version v2 and the credentials. In the Certificate tab, link the certificate.
  5. Set up the bank slip verification routine in the Banking API so payments can be cleared.
  6. For PIX, register Bradesco under Settings > Integrations > PIX with the credentials, key, certificate, and financial cash account, and link it to the collection method.

The step-by-step guide with screenshots is available in the Hubsoft wiki: Bradesco bank slip and Bradesco PIX.

Limitations

  • Bradesco does not support Automatic PIX in Hubsoft.
  • The older V0 API only registers the bank slip.
  • For PIX separate from the bank slip, PIX payments must settle the bank slip at the bank to prevent duplicate payment through the barcode.
  • Carnê layouts do not display the QR Code automatically. A specific layout is required, which Support can configure.
  • PIX COBV accepts payments for up to 60 days after the due date.

Frequently asked questions

Which API version should I use?

V2, with credentials generated in Bradesco's developers panel. V1 and V0 remain documented for existing users.

Does Bradesco PIX charge interest after the due date?

Yes. PIX COBV includes interest, late fees, and a discount like the bank slip, and can be paid up to 60 days after the due date.

Why wasn't the bank slip registered through the API?

The errors are usually specific to customer data or communication with the bank. Hubsoft Support will investigate the case.
