Hubsoft integration with Cresol

About Cresol

Cresol is a credit cooperative system that offers accounts, credit, and financial solutions focused on its cooperative members. Before issuing bank slips directly, Cresol used Bradesco’s collection infrastructure. That is why Hubsoft maintains two options: current Cresol and legacy Cresol, for portfolios that still follow the previous model.

What the integration does

• Bank slip via API: Hubsoft transmits the bank slip without a remittance file, and it is registered within 5 minutes. For large billing volumes, transmission occurs in batches and may take longer.
• Due date changes and cancellations via API: changes made in Hubsoft are sent directly to Cresol.
• Settlement via API: the bank API collection verification routine reads paid bank slips and settles the invoices.
• Hybrid bank slip: starting with Hubsoft version 1.121, Cresol generates a Pix QR Code when the bank slip is registered. The subscriber pays using the barcode or Pix.
• CNAB 240: remittance and return files for those who prefer file exchange.
• Collection delivery: email, SMS, and messaging apps, notifications in the Customer App, and phone calls.

What you need

• A Cresol account with a collection agreement. The agreement, branch, account, portfolio, variation, and modality are provided by the account manager.
• For the API: integration username and password requested from the account manager.
• For the hybrid bank slip: the option enabled on the account, confirmed with the account manager.
• Hubsoft Financial Module, included in the license.

How to activate

1. Go to Settings > Finance > Collection Method, click Add, and select bank 133 - Cresol. For portfolios using the legacy model, select Cresol (Legacy).
2. Complete the Configuration tab with the agreement details and run certification using test bank slips, remittance, and return files.
3. For the API, edit the collection method, enable the API on the API tab, and enter the username and password on the Parameters tab.
4. Set up the Verify Collections in Bank API routine so payments are entered into Hubsoft.
5. For the hybrid bank slip, add the parameter specified in the wiki and configure payment notifications.

Limitations

• Only bank slips registered through the API are canceled through the API. Those registered by remittance require the return file.
• Cresol’s API does not allow amount reductions.
• The hybrid bank slip’s QR Code only appears on bank slips registered after activation.
• CNAB 400 is not available for Cresol.

Yes. During certification, select Cresol (Legacy), which follows the previous file model.
