Facilita Móvel is a Brazilian corporate SMS and marketing SMS company with proprietary technology. Now known as Facilita Messaging, it also offers RCS, messages featuring the company’s branding, images, and buttons, as well as SMS resale and integration APIs.

What the integration does

Facilita Móvel is listed among the SMS gateways available in production in Hubsoft. With it, Hubsoft:

• Sends billing SMS according to the billing method rules: after the invoice is generated, before the due date, after the due date, or after payment.
• Allows the invoice to be sent manually by SMS from the customer’s financial section.
• Schedules customized SMS messages for a group of customers filtered in the Customer Services report.
• Uses SMS layouts for service, work order, and birthday notifications.

What you need

• An account with Facilita Móvel.
• The platform URL, login, and password, which the provider gives to the Hubsoft team when subscribing.

How to activate

1. Subscribe to Facilita Móvel and send the URL, login, and password to the Hubsoft team.
2. With the integration registered, go to Configuration > Finance > Billing Method and, on the SMS tab, add the rules with the integration, sending days, and message.
3. Under Configuration > General > Routines, add the Send SMS routine with the days and time.

Frequently asked questions

Can SMS confirm that the subscriber has paid?

Yes. The "Send after paid" rule sends the SMS when the invoice is paid, as payment confirmation.

Can I space out messages so they are not all sent at once?

Yes. Hubsoft SMS gateways accept an interval parameter, in seconds, between messages in the queue.
