ASC’s AI provides 24/7 service, qualifies contacts, and routes each conversation to the right queue or person. The platform also creates bots and integrates with other systems through an API.

What the integration does

• Sends WhatsApp messages through ASC: billing notices, personalized messages about service interruptions, promotions, and other communications.
• Uses HSM templates, which are pre-approved WhatsApp messages for proactive contact. The platform also supports free-form text.
• Fills the template variables with customer and invoice data at the time of sending.
• Sends notices according to the SMS rules for the billing method: after the invoice is generated, before the due date, after the due date, or after payment.
• Allows messages to be sent to a filtered group of customers in the Customer Services report by selecting the template.
• Includes integration testing and an action history on the same screen.

What you need

• An account with ASC Brazil. Sign-up is completed directly with ASC.
• The platform’s production URL, access token, and account code used for sending.
• HSM templates created and approved in ASC.

How to activate it

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > SMS/Messengers and click Add.
2. Select the Asc Brazil gateway, enable the HSM key, enter the description, and provide the URL, token, and account code. Save.
3. In the integration, go to Actions > HSM Template > Add and register each template using the same code used in ASC, along with a description and the variables.
4. Use Actions > Test to validate the integration.
5. In Configuration > Finance > Billing Method, on the SMS tab, add the sending rules with the integration and template, and create the Send SMS routine in Configuration > General > Routines.

Limitations

• HSM templates do not support attachments. Therefore, the integration does not send the invoice PDF.
• An integration with HSM enabled cannot be used for one-off messages or the Subscriber Portal, because the message must follow the template.

Can I send the bank slip (boleto) PDF through ASC Brazil?

No. The integration uses HSM templates, which are structured messages that do not support attachments.

Can I personalize the messages?

Yes. The template variables are replaced with customer data, and each billing method rule can use a different template.
