About Allcance

Allcance is a messaging company that brings together SMS, RCS, official WhatsApp, and voice in one platform. Messages can be sent through the dashboard or API, with status updates, reports, and tracking for every send. The company also offers voice messages, email marketing, and SMS for sending tokens.

What the integration does

Allcance SMS is on Hubsoft’s list of SMS gateways in production. With it, Hubsoft:

• Sends billing SMS according to billing method rules: after the invoice is generated, before the due date, after the due date, or after payment as a confirmation.
• Allows invoices to be sent manually by SMS from the customer’s financial section.
• Schedules custom SMS messages for a customer group filtered in the Customer Services report.
• Uses SMS layouts for service, work order, and birthday notifications.

What you need

• An Allcance account.
• The platform URL, username, and password, which the provider gives to the Hubsoft team when subscribing.

How to activate

1. Subscribe to Allcance and send the URL, username, and password to the Hubsoft team.
2. Once the integration is registered, go to Configuration > Financial > Billing Method, edit the billing method, and in the SMS tab, add the rules with the integration, the days for sending, and the message.
3. In Configuration > General > Routines, add the Send SMS routine with the days and time.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send automatic and manual SMS messages through Allcance?

Yes. Automatic sends follow the billing method rules, while manual messages are sent from the customer’s financial section or through a send triggered from the report.

A customer did not receive the billing SMS. Why?

The invoice may not match the rule, may use a different billing method, or the customer’s service or phone number may not support SMS.
