Hubsoft integration with King

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with King to send billing SMS and notices to subscribers. The ISP defines the rules in the billing method, and Hubsoft sends SMS through KingSMS on the appropriate days.

KingSMS is a bulk SMS platform for all carriers in Brazil. In Hubsoft, it serves as an SMS gateway for billing, due date reminders, and scheduled notices to customer groups.

What the integration does

King is listed among the SMS gateways available in production in Hubsoft. With it, Hubsoft:

Sends billing SMS based on billing method rules: after the invoice is generated, before the due date, after the due date, or after payment.
Allows the invoice to be sent manually by SMS from the customer’s financial details.
Schedules personalized SMS messages for a filtered customer group in the Customer Services report.
Uses SMS layouts for other notices, such as customer service, work orders, and birthdays.

What you need

A KingSMS account.
The platform URL, login, and password, which the ISP provides to the Hubsoft team when signing up.

How to activate

Sign up for KingSMS and send the URL, login, and password to the Hubsoft team.
With the integration registered, go to Settings > Finance > Billing Method and, on the SMS tab, add the rules with the integration, sending days, and message.
Go to Settings > General > Routines and add the Send SMS routine with the days and time.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have more than one SMS rule in the same billing method?

Yes. You can add as many rules as needed, such as one before the due date and another afterward. All apply to invoices using that billing method.

A customer did not receive the SMS. What should I check?

Check whether the invoice matches the rule, whether it uses a billing method with the rules, and whether the customer’s service and phone number support SMS.
