Hubsoft integration with Sicredi

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Sicredi for bank slips (boletos), hybrid bank slips, Pix, Pix Automatico, and automatic debit. The bank slip is registered through Sicredi's API, and payment by barcode or Pix settles the invoice.

About Sicredi

Sicredi is a Brazilian credit union system with branches in several states and the Federal District. It offers checking accounts, credit, insurance, and other financial solutions to members. For the member provider, Sicredi brings bank slips, Pix, Pix Automatico, and automatic debit together in Hubsoft.

What the integration does

  • Bank slip through API V1: registration, return, due date changes, cancellation, and hybrid bank slips. Registration takes place within 5 minutes after issuance.
  • Bank slip through API V0: registration, return, due date changes, cancellation, and amount discounts for users of the previous version.
  • Webhook: Sicredi notifies Hubsoft as soon as the bank slip or Pix is paid. The API verification routine also checks payments.
  • CNAB 240 and 400: file remittance and return.
  • Pix: QR Code and copy-and-paste on invoices, with automatic sending, payment checks, and cancellation. Hubsoft checks for new payments every 8 minutes.
  • Pix Automatico: the subscriber authorizes recurring payments once through a QR Code generated in their account, and subsequent monthly payments are debited on the agreed date.
  • Automatic debit: remittance and return in versions 4 and 5, according to the contracted agreement.

What you need

  • A Sicredi account with a collection agreement.
  • For API V1: an account on the Sicredi developer portal and an application created for the account.
  • For hybrid bank slips: the option enabled in the agreement, confirmed with the account manager.
  • For Pix: Sicredi Pix credentials and a Pix key.
  • For automatic debit: a V4 or V5 checking account debit agreement.
  • Hubsoft Financial Module, included in the license.

How to activate

  1. Under Settings > Finance > Collection Method, create the Sicredi collection method and validate it through remittance and return.
  2. In the Sicredi developer portal, create the application and copy the credentials.
  3. On the Collection Method Parameters tab, enter version v1 and the credentials. For hybrid bank slips, enable the Pix parameter.
  4. Copy the webhook URL and register it under Actions > Webhook for the collection method.
  5. For Pix and Pix Automatico, register Sicredi under Settings > Integrations > PIX with the credentials, Pix key, and financial cash register. For Pix Automatico, also enter the recipient's details and the retry policy.
  6. Link the Pix integration to the collection method.

Limitations

  • Sicredi does not register daily interest below R$ 0,01. For low-value bank slips, the bank registers the bank slip without this interest.
  • The hybrid bank slip's QR Code only appears on bank slips registered after activation.
  • For Pix with validity through the due date, Hubsoft generates a new Pix for each day of delay, with updated interest.
  • Automatic debit only debits Sicredi accounts, and the remittance must be sent at least 5 days before the due date.

Frequently asked questions

Which API version should I use?

V1, which includes hybrid bank slips and webhooks. V0 remains available for existing users.

Why was the R$ 10 bank slip issued without interest?

Because the daily interest was below R$ 0,01. Sicredi registers the bank slip, but without this amount.

Does Sicredi automatic debit debit an account at another bank?

No. To debit any bank account, use Pix Automatico.
