Hubsoft integration with Unicred

About Unicred

Unicred is a cooperative financial institution that offers accounts, credit, and services to its members. Service is provided by cooperatives, and each one has its own code registered on the account. For cooperative ISPs, Unicred's collection portfolio can be used in Hubsoft through files or an API.

What the integration does

• Hybrid bank slips through the API: the bank slip and Pix are issued through a single integration. The subscriber pays using the QR Code or barcode.
• Registration without remittance: through the API, the bank slip is registered within 5 minutes after it is generated.
• Settlement by webhook: Unicred sends Hubsoft the details of paid receivables, and the invoice is settled. There is no need to set up a collection verification routine.
• CNAB 240 remittance and return: for those who work with file exchanges.
• Collection delivery: email, SMS and messaging apps, notifications in the Customer App, and phone calls.

What you need

• An Unicred account with a collection agreement.
• Access to Unicred's Developer Portal, with an application approved by Unicred for the authentication and collection receivables APIs.
• The integration data provided by Unicred: username, password, beneficiary ID, portfolio variation, and cooperative code (which is not the branch number).
• An HTTPS webhook URL and two different UUID keys, generated by the ISP, for authentication and encryption.
• Hubsoft's Financial Module, included with the license.

How to activate

1. Under Settings > Finance > Collection Method, create Unicred's collection method and validate it with test bank slips, remittance, and return files.
2. In Unicred's Developer Portal, register the new application and wait for approval. Then copy the token from the application details.
3. In the collection method's Parameters tab, enter the token and the remaining integration data.
4. Enable webhook returns with the URL, partial return type, version, and both keys.
5. Generate a test bank slip and check whether the QR Code was retrieved.

Limitations

• In Unicred's API, all bank slips are hybrid. Pix cannot be disabled.
• The API does not support payment inquiries by period: settlement depends on the webhook.
• The bank slip is marked as transmitted only after Hubsoft retrieves the QR Code, which may take some time.
• CNAB 400 is not available for Unicred.

Frequently asked questions

I generated a test bank slip, but the QR Code disappeared when the collection was retrieved. What happened?

With Unicred, transmission is only confirmed when the QR Code is retrieved. A routine periodically queries the bank until the QR Code becomes available.

Do I need to set up the collection verification routine in the API?

No. Unicred payments arrive only via webhook.

The subscriber says the bank slip is not registered. What should I check?

If the bank slip was sent through remittance, check whether the file was sent to and processed by the bank.
