Hubsoft integration with Wide Pay

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Wide Pay for bank slips (boletos) and payment booklets (carnês). The bill is issued in the Wide Pay wallet through Hubsoft, and the payment notification settles the invoice without manual verification.

Wide Pay is a platform for receiving payments by bank slip (boleto), payment booklet (carnê), and card. In Hubsoft, the ISP issues and cancels bank slips and payment booklets through Wide Pay and receives settlement

About Wide Pay

Wide Pay is a financial transaction platform for receiving payments, making payments, and transfers. It supports bank slips and payment booklets, credit cards online and through card machines. According to its website, an account can be opened even without a company or bank account.

What the integration does

  • Bank slips and payment booklets: issuance and cancellation from Hubsoft.
  • Bank slip with Pix: when enabled, the bank slip includes Pix.
  • Automatic settlement: Wide Pay sends Hubsoft a notification when the bill is paid, and the invoice is settled.
  • Transmitted settlements: when enabled, payments received in the company and full discounts are also sent to Wide Pay. These settlements can be sent as payment or cancellation.
  • Customer email on the bill: when enabled, the customer's email is sent along, and Wide Pay can send automated emails.

What you need

  • A Wide Pay account with a wallet in a production environment.
  • The wallet ID and token, copied from the Wide Pay dashboard.
  • Hubsoft's Financial Module, included in the license.

How to activate

  1. In the Wide Pay dashboard, under Settings > Wallets, create or edit the wallet, move it to production, and copy the ID and token.
  2. In Hubsoft, under Configuration > Integrations > Payment, add Wide Pay with the wallet ID and token. Enable the options for bank slips with Pix, email, and settlements, if desired.
  3. Copy the notification URL generated by Hubsoft.
  4. In the Wide Pay dashboard, under Wallets > Integrations, edit the URLs, paste the Hubsoft URL, and select the option to use this URL regardless of the one defined via API.
  5. Create the billing method under Configuration > Finance > Billing Method, selecting WidePay as the bank and the registered integration.

The step-by-step guide with screenshots is on the Wide Pay page in the Hubsoft wiki.

Limitations

  • The Wide Pay integration does not change the bill's due date on the platform.
  • Wide Pay's API does not offer a query for paid bank slips: settlement depends on the notification. Therefore, the Hubsoft URL must be registered in the wallet.
