Hubsoft integration with Cora

Hubsoft, the ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Cora for bank slips (boletos) and bank slips with Pix. The bank slip is issued through the Cora PJ account API, and the bank's payment notification settles the invoice in Hubsoft.

Cora is a digital bank with a PJ account and no monthly fee. With Hubsoft, the ISP issues bank slips with Pix through Cora, cancels titles, and receives automatic invoice settlement.

About Cora

Cora is a digital bank for businesses, offering a PJ account with no monthly or maintenance fees. It offers bank slips, Pix, PJ cards, collections management, and credit. For the ISP, the Cora account can serve as a collection bank, with integration credentials generated directly in the account.

What the integration does

The integration uses Cora's Direct Integration API.

  • Bank slip issuance: Hubsoft registers bank slips with Cora in batches of 100 every 6 minutes.
  • Bank slip with Pix: each issued bank slip includes a Pix QR Code with the same details. The subscriber pays using the barcode or Pix.
  • Cancellation: bank slips canceled in Hubsoft are canceled in Cora.
  • Transmitted settlements: when enabled, payments made by the company and full discounts are also sent to Cora.
  • Automatic settlement: Cora notifies Hubsoft by webhook when the bank slip is paid, and the gateway's payment verification routine checks the payments.

What you need

  • A PJ account with Cora and the Cora Pro plan.
  • Direct Integration credentials in the production environment: the client ID and certificate generated in the Cora account.
  • A Pix key registered in the account for bank slips with Pix.
  • Hubsoft's Financial Module, included with the license.

How to activate

  1. In the Cora account, go to Account > Integrations via APIs, choose Direct Integration, and generate the production credentials. Save the file containing the certificate keys.
  2. In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Integrations > Payment and add Cora with the client ID and certificate.
  3. If desired, enable bank slips with Pix and settlement transmission in the integration parameters.
  4. Test it under Actions > Test Integration.
  5. Create the collection method under Settings > Finance > Collection Method, selecting Cora as the bank and the registered integration.
  6. Set up the Verify Gateway Payment routine so that no payment remains unsettled.

The step-by-step guide with screenshots is on the Cora page in the Hubsoft wiki.

Limitations

  • The Cora integration does not change the bank slip due date at the bank.
  • Transmission occurs in batches of 100 bank slips every 6 minutes. Large billing runs take longer to register.
  • The webhook is activated when the first bank slip is issued. Until then, only the verification routine settles payments.

Frequently asked questions

The test succeeds, but the bank slip is not transmitted. What should I do?

Check the credentials. If they are correct, the cause may be a change in Cora's API: change the integration version to v2 and wait for another attempt.

Does the integration send settlements to Cora?

Yes, when the option to transmit settlements is enabled in the integration.

Do I need Cora's paid plan?

Yes. API integration requires the Cora Pro plan.
