Hubsoft integration with Celcoin
Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Celcoin (formerly Galax Pay) for bank slips (boletos), PIX, and credit cards. The bank slip is issued through the gateway, the subscriber can pay by card in the Customer Portal, and the payment is automatically posted back to
Celcoin acquired Galax Pay, a recurring billing gateway. In Hubsoft, the ISP issues bank slips through Galax Pay, receives PIX and credit card payments, and gets automatic invoice posting.
About Celcoin
Galax Pay was founded in Minas Gerais as a recurring billing platform and was acquired by Celcoin, a financial services company. According to Celcoin, Galax Pay will be renamed cel_cash, with its services maintained. Celcoin's gateway works with bank slips (boletos), PIX, and cards for one-time and recurring charges. In Hubsoft, the integration appears under the name Galax Pay.
What the integration does
- Bank slip through the gateway: issuance, cancellation, and automatic invoice posting when the bank slip is paid.
- Transmitted payments: when enabled, payments received by the company and full discounts are also sent to the gateway.
- PIX: with PIX enabled in the Galax Pay portal, PIX payments are posted in Hubsoft within 8 minutes.
- Credit card: the subscriber pays the invoice through the Subscriber Portal or Customer App, and the agent can also record the payment in the web system. Installment payments are available according to the rates registered by card network, with automatic recurring billing when supported by the integration.
- Card protections: minimum accepted amount, minimum amount per installment, limit on attempts per invoice and per CPF or CNPJ within 24 hours, and refund period, which is 30 days if nothing is configured.
What you need
- An account with Galax Pay (Celcoin).
- The Webservice module installed in the Galax Pay dashboard, with API V2 enabled. The Galax ID and Galax Hash are provided on this screen.
- The Hubsoft server IP address added to the dashboard whitelist, or the whitelist disabled if the server connects through NAT.
- For cards: the credit card solution contracted through Galax Pay.
- Hubsoft Financial module, included in the license.
How to activate
- In the Galax Pay dashboard, install the Webservice module, copy the Galax ID and Galax Hash, enable API V2, and adjust the whitelist.
- In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Integrations > Payment, add Galax Pay with the credentials and a default email for customers without an email address.
- Copy the callback URL generated by Hubsoft and paste it into the Galax Pay dashboard.
- Test the integration and create the billing method under Settings > Finance > Billing Method.
- For cards, register Galax Pay under Settings > Integrations > Credit Card, enter rates and interest by card network, and enable payment in the Subscriber Portal and Customer App.

Limitations
- The Galax Pay bank slip integration does not change the bank slip due date in the gateway.
- If transmission of a bank slip fails, correct the data and wait for the next attempt, which usually occurs after 60 minutes.
- The card option appears only for customers with online payment enabled in their account and for invoices whose billing method has the integration linked.
Frequently asked questions
Galax Pay is now Celcoin. Do I need to change anything in Hubsoft?
The Hubsoft wiki continues to refer to the integration as Galax Pay. According to Celcoin, Galax Pay's services remain unchanged.
Does the integration transmit payment postings to Galax Pay?
Yes, when the billing method allows payment postings and the option to transmit them is enabled in the integration.
Why does card payment appear on only some invoices?
Invoices below the minimum accepted amount do not show the option. Also check whether the card integration is linked to the invoice's billing method.
