VoIP Group and Hubsoft: STFC telephony managed and billed in the ERP

VoIP Group is a Hubsoft partner for STFC telephony, Hubsoft being the ERP for internet service providers (ISPs). Through this partnership, the ISP manages Softswitch VSC numbers in Hubsoft and bills subscriber calls based on usage recorded in the VSC.

What the ISP gets

Calls on the invoice

Hubsoft retrieves usage for the period from the VSC and adds it to billing, with or without call details.
Number follows the contract

When the service is enabled or blocked in Hubsoft, the user is enabled or disabled in the VSC.
Organized numbers

Number ranges, customer assignments, and available number counts remain in Hubsoft.

How to get started

Subscribe to VSC

Ask VoIP Group for the URL, provider ID, and password, with the API methods enabled.
Set up the integration

Under Settings > Integrations > STFC, add VSC and sync the plans.
Link the numbers

Register the numbers and link each one to the customer's service under STFC Data.

About the partnership

VoIP Group develops software and services for unified IP communications using proprietary technology. For ISPs with STFC and SCM licenses, it offers Softswitch VSC with real-time billing, the multi-company Centrex IP PBX, a DETRAF module, and a portability database.

Hubsoft integrated Softswitch VSC into Hubsoft for STFC telephony management and billing. The ISP registers numbers in Hubsoft, links each one to the customer's service, and retrieves monthly usage from the VSC for billing. VoIP Group, in turn, lists Hubsoft among the ERPs integrated with VSC.
