About Chatmix

Chatmix is VMIX Soluções’ multi-agent support and artificial intelligence chatbot platform. It serves customers through WhatsApp, Telegram, and other channels, with department-based flows, conversation auditing, and unlimited agents. The platform also sends mass notifications about promotions and news.

What the integration does

• Sends personalized, scheduled, and automated WhatsApp messages with free-form text or HSM templates.
• Sends notifications according to the SMS rules for the billing method: after the invoice is generated, before the due date, after the due date, or after payment.
• Generates PDFs from links: with the PDF parameter enabled, each link in the message becomes a file sent to the customer. With the invoice link variable in the message, the subscriber receives the invoice PDF.
• Ignores a specific link, such as the Subscriber Portal link, so it does not become a PDF.
• Controls the interval, in seconds, between messages.

Chatmix is also among the chatbot platforms that connect through Hubsoft’s Official API, which subscribers can use to request a duplicate invoice, unlock service under a trust arrangement, and open a support request without speaking to an agent.

What you need

• A Chatmix account. Sign up directly with VMIX.
• The production URL, key, and token, available in Chatmix under Integrations > Access Keys.
• For HSM, the templates approved in Chatmix.

How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > SMS/Messengers and click Add.
2. For free-form text, choose the Other gateway. For HSM templates, choose the ChatMix gateway and enable the HSM key.
3. Enter the description and add the parameters using the (+) button: URL, key, token, message, number, and, if desired, the PDF and interval parameters.
4. Use Actions > Test to validate the integration.
5. For HSM, register the templates under Actions > HSM Template, including the template name and variables.
6. Configure the rules in the SMS tab of the billing method and the Send SMS routine under Configuration > General > Routines.

Limitations

• When PDF generation is enabled, every link in the message becomes a file. A link to a form, for example, generates a blank PDF.
• Hubsoft ignores only one link per message. To ignore more than one, contact Chatmix support.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn’t the invoice PDF reach the customer?

Check whether the integration has the PDF generation parameter and whether the rule message under Configuration > Finance > Billing Method > Edit > SMS contains the invoice link variable.

Hubsoft shows that the message was sent successfully, but the customer did not receive it. Why?

Success in Hubsoft means that the message was delivered to Chatmix. The final delivery is handled by the platform, so the issue must be checked with Chatmix.
