Hubsoft integration with Interede

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Interede for fixed-line telephony (STFC). The number linked to the customer in Hubsoft creates the subscriber and DID on the platform, and the month's usage returns to the invoice with detailed calls.

About Interede

Interede is a Minas Gerais-based company founded in 2014 to bring corporate communications technology to businesses. It offers connectivity, cloud, artificial intelligence, and omnichannel service, along with a line of cloud telephony solutions for ISPs. It operates in Minas Gerais, São Paulo, and Paraíba.

What the integration does

Number registration by range: the provider enters the first and last numbers, and Hubsoft creates every number in the range. Search, filters, and bulk actions are available to delete or unlink numbers.
Platform plans: the provider registers Interede's sales plan code and description in Hubsoft.
No duplicate subscribers: when linking the number to the customer's service, Hubsoft searches for the subscriber in Interede. If the subscriber already exists, it updates the data. If not, it creates the record and links the line and DID.
Subscriber login and password: the provider chooses which Hubsoft data becomes the subscriber's login and password on the platform.
Subscriber features: the provider defines, for everyone or by customer, what the subscriber can manage: extensions, incoming numbers, IVR, find me/follow me, queues, pickup and call groups, conference rooms, recording, SMS, and device provisioning.
Billing and allowances: prepaid or postpaid, credit limit, and allowances for landline, mobile, long-distance, and international calls.
Block and unblock: when the service is suspended or enabled in Hubsoft, the subscriber is disabled or enabled in Interede.
Removal: when the number is unlinked, Hubsoft removes the DID. If the subscriber has no other DID, their record is also deleted.
Billing: Hubsoft retrieves the monthly summary from Interede, identifies each customer by user code, and generates invoices or charges. Customers without a match appear under the Not Identified tab.
Call details: optional, with a page on the customer's invoice listing calls from their numbers.

What you need

A contract with Interede and API access details (server address, token, and key).
The customer origin, linkage, salesperson, currency, and prefix plan codes, copied from the Interede portal. The integration screen shows where to find each one.

How to activate

In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > STFC and click Add.
Enter the server address, token, key, and codes copied from the Interede portal.
Under Actions > Plans, register the code and description for each sales plan.
Under Actions > Numbers, register the numbers or ranges.
In the customer's service, under Other Options > STFC Data, add the number.
To bill, go to Actions > Process / Bill > Add Processing / Billing, and enter the month, year, and billing type.

Limitations

Plans are not synchronized: the provider registers each plan using the Interede code.
Hubsoft imports the values registered in Interede. If a value is incorrect, it must be corrected on the platform.
