About Venko Networks

Venko Networks is a systems integrator specializing in high-speed fixed and mobile access networks, with operations in the United States and Brazil. It represents international manufacturers in commercial and technical areas and has its own research and development team. Its portfolio includes XGS-PON, open and virtual BNG, CGNAT, switches, and 4G/5G broadband kits with core, radios, and CPEs.

What the integration does

Venko is available in Hubsoft’s MVNO module. With the integration configured:

• Hubsoft authenticates with Venko’s API using a certificate and applies the network configuration defined in the integration: APNs, base names, policies (including by APN), static IPs by APN, and blocked network types.
• Venko’s plans are synchronized into Hubsoft.
• The line is linked to the customer’s service through the integration, plan, and IMSI. Line-specific parameters are optional; without them, the integration settings apply.
• Hubsoft transmits the line to Venko through an automatic queue. When the customer’s service is suspended, enabled, activated, or canceled, the change is also added to the queue.
• The line’s plan can be changed without deleting the number.
• The report under Reports > MVNO shows services with MVNO lines and transmission errors.

What you need

• A contract with Venko Networks.
• API access credentials provided by Venko: certificate and password, network identifier, APNs, base names, and policies.
• Hubsoft plans that will have mobile lines marked with "Service Allows MVNO."

How to activate

1. Under Settings > Integrations > MVNO, click Add, select the Venko gateway, and complete the required parameters.
2. On the integration page, under Actions > Plans, click Sync.
3. Under Settings > General > Services / Plans, select "Service Allows MVNO" for the plans that will receive lines.
4. For the customer, under Customer Services > Other Options > MVNO Data > Add, select the integration and plan, and enter the IMSI.
5. Wait for the transmission and check the result under Reports > MVNO.

Limitations

• Without the "Service Allows MVNO" option selected for the plan, Hubsoft blocks the addition of MVNO plans to the service.
• After a transmission error, whether corrected or caused by API instability, retransmission takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• MVNO lines are not billed by default. To charge for them, link the line to a package in the customer’s plan with the "Allows linking MVNO" option.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change a line’s plan without losing the number?

Yes. Under Customer Services > Other Options > MVNO Data, use the option to change the plan, select the new plan, and save.

Does the line appear on the subscriber’s invoice?

Not by default. Link the line to a package in the customer’s plan under MVNO Data > Actions > Link Package. The package must have the "Allows linking MVNO" option under Settings > General > Packages.

Where can I see whether a line had an error?

Under Reports > MVNO. The report lists services with MVNO lines and transmission errors to Venko.
