Gertel and Hubsoft: ISP-branded SIM card managed in the ERP
Gertel partners with Hubsoft, the ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), for mobile telephony (MVNO). Through the partnership, the ISP sells mobile plans under its own brand and activates, suspends, and ports lines from within Hubsoft.

Partner with Gertel
Contract the MVNO operation and receive the integration username and password.

Register and sync
In Settings > Integrations > MVNO, choose Gertel and sync the plans.

Mark the service as Allows MVNO and add the plan, area code, and ICCID to the customer.
About the partnership
Gertel is an MVNO, or mobile virtual network operator, that builds mobile telephony operations for internet service providers (ISPs). The ISP sells voice and data plans under its own brand, using Vivo’s network through Telecall’s infrastructure, while Gertel handles the structure, technology, and technical and commercial support.
Hubsoft integrated Gertel into Hubsoft. The mobile plan is linked to the subscriber’s service: Gertel generates the number from the SIM card, the line is suspended when the customer’s plan is suspended due to nonpayment, and porting is tracked by Hubsoft until a response is received.
