Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Gertel to sell mobile services under the provider's brand. The line is activated in the customer's service, while blocking, top-ups, and number portability are sent from Hubsoft to Gertel.
Gertel is an MVNO for providers, using Vivo's network through Telecall. In Hubsoft, the provider activates the line, chooses full or partial blocking for nonpayment, and generates a top-up invoice.
Gertel is a company from Santa Cruz do Sul (RS) specializing in mobile services and is part of Grupo Gertel, which brings together the Gertel, 1Cel, Cluqi, and Clubo brands. As a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), it allows the internet service provider (ISP) to sell voice and data plans under its own brand. Coverage is nationwide, using Vivo's network through Telecall's infrastructure. Gertel also manages the plans and provides technical and commercial support to the provider.
The step-by-step guide with screenshots is on the Gertel page in the Hubsoft wiki.
