About Crédito na Medida

Crédito na Medida is a credit checking and analysis platform for internet service providers (ISPs). According to its website, it helps ISPs apply different rules to customers with negative credit records, such as a higher-priced plan or installation fee, and define criteria by region. Billing is usage-based, with no monthly fee.

What the integration does

• Credit check: through the customer shortcut or customer record, the user selects the product and checks the CPF or CNPJ. The response appears as a PDF in the platform's own format.
• Add a negative listing: in the customer's negative listing tab, the user selects the service, listing type, and amounts, and Hubsoft sends the information to the platform.
• Immediate listing response: the platform immediately confirms whether the listing was accepted.
• Listing types: for individuals, debtor or guarantor. For legal entities, options include checks, contracts, invoices, tax invoices, and promissory notes.
• Removal: deleting the listing in Hubsoft sends the removal request to the platform.
• Automatic removal: when a customer pays a listed invoice, Hubsoft places the listing in the removal queue.

What you need

• An account with Crédito na Medida.
• The integration API credentials provided by the platform.

How to activate

1. Request the credentials from Crédito na Medida.
2. In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Integrations > Credit Protection, click Add, and select Crédito na Medida.
3. Enter the description and credentials, then save.
4. Test it under Actions > Test.
5. Sync the products under Actions > Products > Sync.

Limitations

• The check can only be exported as a PDF because it is already formatted by the platform.
• Some listing types are only for individuals, while others are only for legal entities. The wrong type prevents the listing.

Frequently asked questions

Does the negative suspension profile suspend the customer automatically?

No. The listing is manual, either in the customer record or in bulk through a report, even with the integration.

The customer paid the listed invoice. Is the listing removed?

Yes. Hubsoft recognizes the payment, places the listing in the removal queue, and sends the removal request.

Where do I perform the check?

Through the customer shortcut, under Credit Check, or through the check icon in the customer record.
