Hubsoft integration with SPC Brasil

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates directly with SPC Brasil for credit checks and reporting delinquent customers. The ISP checks a CPF or CNPJ, reports delinquency based on invoices, and removes the report when the customer pays.

SPC Brasil provides credit information services for businesses. With Hubsoft, the ISP checks SPC directly from the system, keeps a history of checks, and adds or removes delinquency reports.

About SPC Brasil

SPC Brasil, the Credit Protection Service, brings together payment and delinquency information for individuals and businesses. Through SPC Empresas, it offers credit analysis, CPF and CNPJ checks, collections, scores, and digital certificates. Access to the SPC WebService is granted by the local entity representing SPC in your region.

What the integration does

The integration connects directly to SPC, with no intermediary.

Credit check: in Customers > Credit Check, the user selects the integration and product and enters the CPF or CNPJ. Some products, generally score products, also require an input.
Organized results: the check appears in cards, with the summary open and the remaining details expandable.
Check history: the customer history includes the Checks tab, with all checks performed.
One check per day: if the same check was performed that day with the same product and document, Hubsoft displays the stored result instead of checking SPC again.
Add a delinquency report: with the suspension profile enabled for the platform, the user selects the service, invoices, type of report, and debtor type. SPC responds immediately.
Removal: deleting the delinquency report requires a removal reason. The Receive option sends the removal with the reason debt payment.

What you need

A username and password for the SPC check WebService, provided by the local entity representing SPC.
The suspension profile with the option to register on the credit protection platform enabled, so delinquency can be reported based on invoices.

How to activate

Request the access keys for the check WebService from your local SPC entity.
In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Integrations > Credit Protection, click Add, and select SPC.
Enter the description and credentials, then save.
Sync the products under Actions > Products and bulk-remove those the company does not use.
Enable the option to register on the credit protection platform in the suspension profile.

Limitations

A delinquency report created through the integration cannot be edited after it is added. If there is an error, wait for transmission, delete it, and add it again.
Removal deletes the entire delinquency report. If the customer pays only some invoices, you must remove the report and add another with the outstanding invoices.
