Hubsoft integration with SCC Check Serasa

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with SCC Check, an authorized Serasa distributor, for credit checks and reporting delinquent accounts. The ISP checks a CPF or CNPJ and tracks the submission to Serasa through Hubsoft.

SCC Check is an authorized Serasa distributor specializing in credit analysis. In Hubsoft, the ISP checks credit through Crednet Light and reports debtors to Serasa through SCC Check.

About SCC Check

SCC Check specializes in credit analysis and is an authorized Serasa Experian distributor serving customers nationwide. It offers CPF and CNPJ checks, reporting debtors to the Serasa database, address searches, and CNPJ monitoring. In the integration, Hubsoft communicates with SCC Check, and SCC Check communicates with Serasa.

What the integration does

  • Credit check: through the customer shortcut or customer record, the user checks a CPF or CNPJ. The available product is Crednet Light.
  • Platform response: the results appear in the format returned by the platform and can be exported as a PDF.
  • Report a delinquent account: in the customer's delinquency reporting tab, the user selects the service, submission type, debtor type, creditor company, and amounts.
  • Track the submission: Hubsoft sends the submission and later checks for errors until the delinquency report is completed.
  • Removal: deleting the delinquency report in Hubsoft sends the removal request to the platform.
  • Automatic removal: when the customer pays a reported invoice, Hubsoft places the delinquency report in the removal queue.

What you need

  3. Enter the description and credentials, then save.

  5. Sync the products under Actions > Products > Sync.

  • SCC Check does not offer a testing environment.
  • The results can only be exported as a PDF.
