Hubsoft integration with Rede Cred Auto

About Rede Cred Auto

Rede Cred Auto provides credit and vehicle checks. In its financial services area, it distributes Serasa Experian solutions, such as reporting debtors, credit scores, and credit analysis. Through the integration, Hubsoft communicates with Cred Auto, and Cred Auto communicates with Serasa.

What the integration does

• Credit check: through the Customer > Credit Check shortcut or the customer record, the user selects the integration, product, and requesting company, then searches by CPF or CNPJ.
• Check products: Cred Concentre, Serasa Top, and Info Localiza.
• Add a negative credit report: in the customer's Negative Credit Report tab, the user selects the service, the type of transaction, and the invoices. Available types are direct credit, personal credit, invoice discounting, taxes and fines, and other transactions.
• Removal: deleting the negative credit report in Hubsoft sends the removal request to the platform.
• Automatic removal: when a customer pays an invoice linked to a negative credit report, Hubsoft adds the report to the removal queue.

What you need

• A contract with Rede Cred Auto.
• Credentials provided by Cred Auto: a username and password for checks and a token for negative credit reporting.

How to activate

1. Request the credentials from Rede Cred Auto.
2. In Hubsoft, under Settings > Integrations > Credit Protection, click Add and select Cred Auto.
3. Enter the description and credentials, then save.
4. Sync the products under Actions > Products > Sync.
5. Run a test check.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the check use a username and the negative credit report use a token?

Cred Auto separates the credentials: the username and password are used for checks, while the token is used for negative credit reporting operations.

Does Hubsoft report customers automatically?

No. Negative credit reporting is performed by the user, one customer at a time or in bulk, but always through a manual action.

How do I remove a negative credit report?

In the customer record, under the Negative Credit Report tab, select Actions > Delete.
