Hubsoft integration with Serasa Experian

About Serasa Experian

Serasa Experian is a credit data and analytics company offering CNPJ checks, Serasa Score, and fraud prevention for businesses. It also operates Serasa Limpa Nome, which brings creditors and consumers together to renegotiate debts. Hubsoft's integration connects directly to the Serasa Experian API, with no distributor in between.

What the integration does

• Credit check: through the customer shortcut or the customer record. The available products are basic reports for individuals and legal entities. The response comes in Serasa's format and can be exported as a PDF.
• Pefin or Convem credit reporting: in the customer's credit reporting tab, the user selects the service, the type of addition, the creditor company, and the amounts.
• Webhook confirmation: Serasa responds to the addition or removal request and then sends a webhook with the result. Hubsoft processes the webhook queue every 8 minutes.
• Serasa Limpa Nome: an addition- and removal-only option for credit reporting, without credit checks.
• Automatic removal: when the customer pays a reported invoice, Hubsoft adds the credit report to the removal queue.

What you need

• A contract with Serasa Experian.
• For Pefin or Convem: credit check credentials and credit reporting credentials, which may be different.
• For Serasa Limpa Nome: the Limpa Nome Parceiros API key and the collection portfolio identifier.
• The creditor company registered in Hubsoft, because Serasa requires the creditor's CNPJ.

How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Settings > Integrations > Credit Protection, click Add, and choose Serasa Experian.
2. Enter the credit reporting type (Pefin, Convem, or Limpa Nome) and the corresponding credentials.
3. Save and open the integration to copy the webhook URL.
4. For Pefin or Convem, provide this URL to Serasa Experian's credit reporting team. For Limpa Nome, register the URL in the Limpa Nome dashboard.
5. Test it under Actions > Test and sync the products under Actions > Products > Sync.

Limitations

• Credit reporting is not immediate: it waits for Serasa's confirmation by webhook.
• Serasa does not allow you to edit a credit report. To change a detail, remove it and add it again.
• CPFs with little activity, such as those belonging to people who have just turned 18, may not yet be in the database. Serasa recommends waiting 4 to 6 months.
• The webhook URL only needs to be registered for credit reporting. It is not required for credit checks only.

What's the difference compared with integrations with Serasa distributors?

Does the negative suspension profile automatically suspend the customer?

No. Credit reporting is manual, either in the customer record or in bulk through a report.

The check returned "CPF not found." Why?

The account holder is only added to Serasa's database after the document has activity. For very new CPFs, Serasa recommends waiting 4 to 6 months.
