Hubsoft integration with TáTelecom

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Tá Telecom to activate mobile lines as part of the customer’s service. Portability is confirmed by a code sent to the subscriber by SMS, while plan, SIM card, and account holder changes are handled in Hubsoft.

Tá Telecom is a mobile operator for internet service providers (ISPs), using TIM’s network and offering a white-label option.

About Tá Telecom

Tá Telecom, the trade name of ISPS do Brasil S.A., headquartered in São Paulo, is a mobile phone operator serving all of Brazil. The internet service provider (ISP) sells the plans to its own customer base and can use the white-label model, with a SIM card and eSIM profile featuring its brand. The network belongs to TIM. To operate, the ISP must comply with telecommunications regulations.

What the integration does

  • Plan synchronization: Tá Telecom plans are brought into Hubsoft through the integration screen.
  • Line activation: in the customer’s service, the agent selects the plan and area code, and enters the ICCID and number when the number is not prefilled.
  • Line that already exists in Tá Telecom: the agent enters the current contract, and the number is linked to the existing contract without creating a new registration on the platform.
  • Portability with a token: it can be requested during activation or later through the number’s actions. Tá Telecom sends a code by SMS to the subscriber’s cellphone, and the agent validates the code in Hubsoft to proceed with portability. Hubsoft checks the status every hour.
  • Plan, SIM Card, and account holder changes: through the number’s actions, without deleting the line or generating improper charges on the platform.
  • Blocking and unblocking: when the customer’s service is suspended or enabled in Hubsoft, the request is sent to Tá Telecom’s transmission queue.
  • Cancellation: when the number or plan is deleted, the cancellation is sent to Tá Telecom.
  • MVNO report: lists services with Tá Telecom lines and transmission errors.

What you need

  • A contract with Tá Telecom and the authentication token provided by Tá Telecom support.
  • SIM cards identified by their ICCID.
  • Hubsoft plans that will receive lines, marked with the "Serviço Permite MVNO" option.

How to activate

  1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuração > Integrações > MVNO > Adicionar and select the Tá Telecom gateway.
  2. Enter the token. If Tá Telecom provides a different API address, enter that address as well.
  3. Synchronize the plans under Ações > Planos.
  4. Under Configuração > Geral > Serviços / Planos, select "Serviço Permite MVNO" for plans that will have a mobile line.
  5. In the customer’s service, go to Outras Opções > Dados MVNO > Adicionar, choose the plan and area code, and enter the ICCID.

Limitations

  • Some ISPs still use Tá Telecom through the TIP gateway, which has the same API. Tá Telecom is migrating customers to its own integration. Before registering, confirm with Tá Telecom how your contract was set up. For those using the TIP gateway, there is a specific page in the wiki.
  • Portability only proceeds after the code sent to the subscriber by SMS is validated.

Frequently asked questions

If the customer’s service is suspended due to an overdue payment, is the line also suspended?

Yes. Suspension in Hubsoft enters Tá Telecom’s blocking queue. When the service is enabled, unblocking follows the same process.

Can I bring a line that is already active in Tá Telecom into Hubsoft?

Yes. When registering the number, enter the current contract. The number is linked to the existing contract without creating a new registration.

Why does portability require a token?

It is a Tá Telecom rule. When portability is requested, the subscriber receives a code by SMS. The agent validates the code in Hubsoft, and the request proceeds.
