Hubsoft integration with Bora Móvel

Hubsoft, an ERP for internet service providers (ISPs), integrates with Bora Móvel to sell mobile lines under the provider's brand. The number, plan, and porting are registered in the customer's service without opening the Bora dashboard.

Bora offers MVNO services for regional providers. Through Hubsoft, the provider activates the line using the ICCID, requests porting, and shows the subscriber the Pix or bank slip (boleto) for Bora's control plan.

About Bora Móvel

Bora is an MVNO platform, or mobile virtual network operator, designed for regional internet service providers (ISPs). It enables providers to add mobile voice, data, and messaging to their portfolio and sell plans under their own name, with customized SIM Cards and plans. Bora also supports providers in sales, customer service, and communications.

What the integration does

  • Plan synchronization: plans registered in Bora are brought into Hubsoft with one click, without manual entry.
  • Line activation: in the customer's service, the provider enters the plan, the chip's ICCID, and the area code. Bora validates the area code, and the phone number is optional.
  • Control plan billed by Bora: the provider chooses whether the control plan is billed by bank slip (boleto), combined bank slip, or Pix.
  • Payment details in Hubsoft: the agent can view the QR Code and the Pix "copy and paste" code, the barcode and bank slip link, or the card payment link in the customer's MVNO details. The same information can appear for the subscriber in the Subscriber Portal.
  • Recurring billing: the line's payment can be processed automatically on the due date, for one number or for all numbers in the integration.
  • Porting: the subscriber's old number is registered after activation, and Hubsoft checks the request every hour until Bora responds.
  • Plan and SIM Card changes: performed through the number's actions, without deleting the line.
  • Deactivation due to theft or fraud: when removing the number, the provider can suspend it for 30 days. After that period, the line is enabled again in Hubsoft and Bora.
  • MVNO report: shows services with Bora lines and transmission errors.

What you need

  • A contract with Bora and the email address and password for access to its system, provided by Bora itself.
  • Bora chips identified by the ICCID.
  • Hubsoft plans that will receive lines, marked with the "Service Allows MVNO" option.
  • To bill the line through Hubsoft, a package linked to the number.

How to activate

  1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > MVNO > Add and select Bora.
  2. Enter the email address and password for access to Bora. If you want, set the recurrence and billing type for the control plan.
  3. Save and sync the plans under Actions > Plans > Sync.
  4. Under Configuration > General > Services / Plans, select "Service Allows MVNO" for plans that will have a mobile line.
  5. In the customer's service, go to Other Options > MVNO Details > Add, select the plan, and enter the ICCID and area code.

Limitations

  • The line is released only after the subscriber pays the first charge generated by Bora.
  • Bora does not allow the line to be blocked. When service is suspended due to nonpayment, Hubsoft cancels the recurrence so the line is not renewed.
  • To reactivate the line, the provider generates a one-time charge (Pix or bank slip) on Bora's platform and reactivates the recurrence there.
  • To change the plan, Hubsoft cancels the current plan and checks the plans available for that number. The process may take a few minutes.

Frequently asked questions

Does a subscriber who is past due lose the line immediately?

No. Bora does not allow lines to be blocked. When the service is suspended in Hubsoft, the recurrence is canceled and the line is no longer renewed.

Can the subscriber keep their existing number?

Yes. After activating the line, register the porting request in the number's actions using the old number. Hubsoft submits the request and checks its status every hour.

Can the subscriber view the bank slip or Pix payment for the line?

Yes, in the Subscriber Portal, when the "Display MVNO billing" option is enabled in the portal settings.
