Hubsoft integration with Play Móvel

About Play Móvel

Play Móvel is a fully digital mobile virtual network operator (MVNO): subscribers check coverage and manage their plans through the app. The network supporting the services belongs to Surf Telecom. For an internet service provider (ISP), Play Móvel is a way to add mobile plans to its own customers' offerings.

What the integration does

• Plan synchronization: Play Móvel plans are brought into Hubsoft through the integration screen.
• Activation by ICCID: in the customer's service, the agent selects the plan and enters the chip's ICCID. Play Móvel generates the number, and Hubsoft records it in the customer's account when transmission is complete.
• Prepaid or postpaid: by default, lines are added as prepaid. An integration parameter registers lines as postpaid.
• Existing Play Móvel lines: if the subscriber already has a line on the platform, the provider registers the number in Hubsoft. During transmission, Hubsoft searches for the line and the customer's CPF/CNPJ and links them.
• Blocking and unblocking: when the customer's service is suspended or enabled in Hubsoft, the request is sent to Play Móvel's transmission queue.
• Nonpayment: with recurring billing enabled, Hubsoft blocks or unblocks the line's plan according to invoice payments.
• Number portability: after activation, the provider registers portability using the subscriber's old number. Hubsoft sends the request and checks its status every hour.
• Cancellation: when the number or plan is deleted, the cancellation is sent to Play Móvel.
• Package-based billing: the provider can require a package for each number to bill the line through Hubsoft.
• MVNO report: lists services with Play Móvel lines and transmission errors.

What you need

• A contract with Play Móvel, the API key, and the provider identification as a partner, all supplied by Play Móvel.
• Chips identified by ICCID.
• Hubsoft plans that will receive lines, marked with the "Service Allows MVNO" option.

How to activate

1. In Hubsoft, go to Configuration > Integrations > MVNO > Add and select Playmóvel.
2. Enter the API key and partner identification. If the lines are postpaid, enable the postpaid parameter.
3. Sync the plans under Actions > Plans > Sync.
4. Under Configuration > General > Services / Plans, select "Service Allows MVNO" for the plans that will have a mobile line.
5. In the customer's service, go to Other Options > MVNO Data > Add, select the plan, enter the ICCID, and wait for transmission.

Limitations

• The number is not selected during registration: Play Móvel generates it from the ICCID.
• Portability is a separate step, completed after line activation.

Frequently asked questions

I already have subscribers with a Play Móvel line. Do I need to register them again on the platform?

No. Register the numbers in Hubsoft. During transmission, Hubsoft locates the line and the customer's CPF/CNPJ in Play Móvel and links them.

If the customer's service is suspended for nonpayment, is the line also suspended?

Yes. The suspension in Hubsoft enters the transmission queue, and the block is sent to Play Móvel. When the service is enabled, the unblocking follows the same process.

Can the subscriber bring a number from another carrier?

Yes. After activating the line, register portability in the number's actions using the old number. Progress appears on the Status tab of the portability screen.
