About Telecall
Telecall is a Brazilian telecommunications carrier regulated by Anatel, with SCM, STFC, and SMP licenses and its own fiber network in Rio de Janeiro. It offers dedicated internet and broadband, telephony (virtual IP PBX, SIP trunk, 0800 numbers), network and infrastructure, and mobility services such as business mobile and MVNA/E. It has offices in Rio de Janeiro, Miami, Lisbon, and London.
What the integration does
- Plan synchronization: Telecall's plans are brought into Hubsoft through the integration screen.
- Line activation: in the customer's service, the agent selects the plan and area code, enters the ICCID, and selects a number from the list Hubsoft retrieves from Telecall.
- Postpaid due date: for postpaid plans, the line uses the due date of the customer's plan in Hubsoft. The provider can set another day for the entire integration or for individual numbers.
- HLR profile: the plan's HLR profile can be selected when registering the number.
- Portability: after activation, the provider registers portability with the old number. Hubsoft sends the request and checks its status every hour.
- Plan, SIM Card, and account holder changes: through the number's actions, without deleting the line or generating improper charges in the platform.
- Blocking and unblocking: when the customer's service is suspended or enabled in Hubsoft, the request is sent to Telecall's transmission queue.
- Cancellation: when the number or plan is deleted, the cancellation is sent to Telecall.
- Package-based billing: the provider can require a package for each number to bill the line through Hubsoft.
- MVNO report: lists services with Telecall lines and transmission errors.

Frequently asked questions
Which due date does the postpaid line use?
By default, the due date of the customer's plan in Hubsoft. To use another day, configure the due date in the integration or on the number.
If the customer's service is suspended for nonpayment, is the line also suspended?
Yes. The suspension in Hubsoft enters the transmission queue, and the block request is sent to Telecall. When the service is enabled, the unblock request follows the same process.
Can the subscriber bring a number from another carrier?
Yes. After activating the line, register portability in the number's actions. Progress appears on the Status tab of the portability screen.
